Finance Director
James joined Laleham in May 2022 and leads our Finance and IT departments.
James became CIMA qualified (ACMA CGMA) after obtaining a BA Hons degree in Business and Marketing from The Nottingham Trent University. James has since enjoyed a varied career in spanning FMCG, Hospitality and Retail sectors (premium luxury & beauty) in both SME and blue-chip organisations. With experience working for both brands and manufacturers, James brings a wealth of knowledge to Laleham’s leadership team. James strives for continuous improvement in people, processes, and customer experience.
