Vicky Hart
Customer Services Director, Alton & Kirkham
Vicky graduated in 2000 with a 2:1 Bachelor of Science degree and went on to work within both Supply Chain and Marketing functions for Co-op Retail Head Office based in Manchester. In 2008, Vicky moved in to the world of print and print management and worked her way up through the ranks to Managing Director before leaving in the Summer of 2020 to join Laleham as Customer Services Director across both the Alton and Kirkham sites.
Vicky has responsibility for teams that help ensure our customers receive the best customer experience and supporting them on NPD launches. Vicky has teams working across sites within Demand, NPI and Packaging Technology. Vicky’s core competencies include customer service, leadership, communication and negotiation.
