Engineering Manager
Overview
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the Engineering department in a fast-paced, 24-hour production environment, focusing on healthcare, toiletry, and pharmaceutical products. You'll be responsible for driving production efficiency, enhancing quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all shifts. Your role will involve close collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure seamless operations and proactive maintenance strategies.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Engineering team to achieve production targets and drive improvements.
- Oversee equipment operations, ensuring high standards and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain teams to optimize maintenance schedules and enhance output.
- Drive the improvement agenda through established production systems.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and GMP standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams (50+) in a high-speed, FMCG environment.
- A proactive, results-driven leader with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage complex operations, prioritize tasks, and embrace change.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for motivating and developing teams.
