In 2025 we had 11 apprentices pass their courses and we qualified for the Department of Education’s top 100 Apprenticeship Employers! We end the year with 29 learners across the business, studying various subjects and at different levels 3-7. Additionally, we launched our First Line Leadership Programme, delivering 5 modules with more than 1000 hours of training! Not to mention everything else, it's been a great year for development!
